Juliana McLean

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
M.Sc., BCBA
Owner & Co-Founder

Juliana is hard-wired with a desire for excellence and a mission to support all people in achieving their highest potential.  She discovered a soft spot for exceptional learners and the neurodivergent population early on in her university years when she was working with children with Attention Deficit Disorder & Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  Following her undergraduate degree at Dalhousie University, she began working with preschoolers with Autism Spectrum Disorder.  She completed her graduate degree at the Sage Graduate Schools with a Master of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Autism.  She was then inducted into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi for academic excellence, and went on to become a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

Juliana has served as a leader and mentor around the province of New Brunswick.  She has been providing consultation, BCBA supervision, quality assurance, and supporting the development of leadership skills and clinical competencies in other clinicians.  She also has worked as an adjunct professor to graduate students completing coursework and practical components of their masters degrees in Applied Behaviour Analysis.  Juliana has had direct coaching and investment from key leaders in the field, including the Lovaas Institute Midwest, LeBlanc Behavioral Consulting, and FTF Behavioral Consulting.  She is passionate about her work as a BCBA, and considers herself privileged to work in a field that provides continuous occasions to learn, grow, and evolve.  Juliana appreciates that every individual presents with a unique set of skills and a potential to impact and influence her every bit as much as she can influence them!

Juliana has volunteered on various boards of administration for charities, churches, and professional associations.  She has a love of music and grew up singing and playing a variety of instruments – though piano and saxophone were the only two that “stuck” into adulthood.  Outside of work, you are likely to find her traveling, serving in various capacities at her church, or putting her kitchen to good use for some kind of new dish or baked delight.  One would also be hard-pressed to catch her without a good cup of coffee in hand!

No matter the avenue or the task, Juliana will invest herself wholeheartedly to achieve her desired end results. Juliana is beyond grateful to be surrounded by a very caring circle of family and friends who are a network of love, support and encouragement to her, cheering her on every step of the way!
